Very poor and bad service! Ordered a parcel with next day delivery, they say they have attempted to deliver it but wasn’t home was home all day then they diverted the parcel to a local shop to which they didn’t deliver it again, so i went on their website requested a delivery to a local shop so i can pick it up myself and we are here 3 days after and 10 calls to UPS they still are not able to deliver it to my local shop… Silly company
After an extremely frustrating and unhelpful contact with UPS UK customer services phone line, the Leeds sorting office team managed to save the day, find the parcel and get this to me. Thank you
Fantastic delivery drivers are always polite, very understanding, and well-mannered to help with delivery. They are always smartly dressed in there uniform
Absolutely appalling delivery service! I received notification of parcel delivery, with a photo of a random not in my house or street green rubbish bin and my parcel inside it. The photo is such bad quality you cannot even see the surroundings to try and attempt to find it.nWhen you try to contact someone it is impossible, and it directs you straight to filing a claim rather than any customer service to try and sort it out for you.nI don’t even understand why any company or retailer would use such low quality delivery.
I called and was told that I can’t change the address although the order was not delivered yet. I went to the website which is super laggy and basically non functional and turns out I can. Worst experience ever
