Management will speak to you like you are a moron, they have restrictions in place that are not published online. If you are going there to swim I suggest you call ahead and check what they are allowing that day. Personally you couldn’t pay me enough to step inside the place again.
Staff are helpful, the buildings interior had undergone rebuild of reception and new paint / styling.nReception is now a desk, which works OK, but surely the height should match the standing customers?nPS, why include squash in Membership, but charge £13 an hour for badminton - seems badmintonist.nOtherwise pleasant and accessible services.nUpdate autumn 2022: no change, all good. The prices just rose for all services, but all below inflation.nUpdate summer 2024, all good, staff seem more motivated and happy.
Bag thieves operate in this leisure centre... My mate had his bag, wallet and keys stolen on Saturday.
Closes earlier than Armley. Armley is meant to be the bad place not PudseynIts too warm, very bad AC.nNot enough treadmills.nChanging rooms could do with a facelift also.
I visited today with my autistic grand daughter. She had been to the pool before but I hadn’t. The staff were amazing. Kind, helpful and made our swimming session special. Thank you.
