Absolutely terrible service got told to bring ups parcel here now and it will be collected monday,carried it about half a mile for them to say we have no storage very disappointed shocking service
this shop usually refuse UPS parcels if you arrive later than pickup time, say they cannot keep it with them due to space issues. shop is shut between 2-3pm and their UPS pickup time is 3pm sharp. They avoid UPS service, then why have it in the first place? will report to UPS
What's the point in offering the service of drop off if you don't take the parcels or you do but I have to come back another day?!?! Waste of my time and petrol cost. Won't be using this shop for anything.
Visited this place on friday with ups collection board displayed on main road outside shop. But owner refused to take collection because next collection is on monday. If this service isnt available why display collection sign on main road outside your shop. Went in again on Wednesday and I was refused again because owner thinks my parcel is heavier than 8 kg. And he doesn't even have a scale to check he only thinks it's heavier. Absolutely shocking service. Looked racist to me or maybe some domestic issues. Didn't serve me twice only because I am Asian. No logic in both refusal. So beware for weird service and be ready for any random refusal.
Friendly service visited 10.30am quickly left parcel and had text whilst in shop to say parcel had been left.
I don’t think she likes taking UPS here. Your best bet is to go to Dreams Convenience Store on Cheetham Hill Rd for a much more customer friendly service.
Not open although it says so!
