I have waited 2 weeks for a delivery because of the strikes, then waited all day for a delivery today, as soon left the house to go to the shops, within 5 minutes found out been left a card without notice of out for delivery so could stay longer? They take the micky, that was another reason left working for royal mail a joke that doesn't work deserve the royal title!

Sent a letter first class signed for, paid extra still saying letter is at post office on my tracking item service although its been delivered without signature rip off service.

Waiting for my post you have  more chance  getting a dentist the pay rise and back pay are reasonable think of the poor hospital staff whom are getting sod all postmen/women should be asha of themselves

Always great staff, currently running a one in, one out rule for entry, so don't be surprised to see people queuing outside, it's not as busy as you might think.

Went to collect a parcel after work on Monday to find closes at 12, fair enough I'll try again tomorrow when they are open later, arrive the next day, hand written stickers placed on opening hours, now closing at 12 everyday.... pathetic

Supposed to be open until 6pm last night - arrived at 5pm after leaving work early, tram journey and a walk to find it closed and in darkness. Important package, hence also paying extra for special delivery.

Bern phoning the from when they opened first few times rang 4 time then the phone got put down now its ringing 3 times and then jumps to engaged what is the point of having a phone number and your phone it and you don't get anything at all. Sort it out

The lady that gave me my parcel that I missed was nice enough and it was an easy process. The only thing I would say is that they’ve got a number on the website which rings but nobody seems to answer so if all that is brought up-to date and the public knows when an operator/advisor will not be available or will be available etc, it’ll be more efficient and helpful. Thankyou
