Ron’s News, Queen Street, Droitwich refused to accept my Amazon return parcel to the US using UPS. I followed the Amazon instructions perfectly attaching both the returns label and the customs form and including the bar code section inside, as Amazon told me too.  Even so, the lady behind the counter said that she would not accept it without additional copies of the labels printed off and put in a separate plastic wallet. She says Amazon always give the wrong details compared to the requirements of UPS. This was very inconvenient as I had made a special journey to Droitwich to post the parcel. I then took the same UPS parcel to Rubis, Ombersley Road, Worcester and they accepted it as it was. They said that UPS did not require extra copies of the paperwork. Thank you Rubis, Worcester. No thanks at all Rons News, Droitwich.
