Craig helped us move three very heavy 3 metre potted trees from the front of the house to the back garden. This meant carrying them through the house as we have no side access. Craig protected the walls and floors to prevent possible damage. He also plastic-wrapped the trees to protect them. He’d thought the job through and directed and organised his team with minimum fuss and disruption. Any unforeseen challenges were dealt with easily and with good humour. We would thoroughly recommend Craig for his professionalism, communication skills, and going the extra mile - taking the trouble to go to the garden centre to see the trees, and working on a Sunday morning to accommodate us. His customer care and attention to detail are excellent. We are delighted that we found him.
