Staff member today decided to treat me diffrently to other customers, her facial expression and body language changed the moment she served me! I collected 'TooGoodToGo' order and she offered the customers before me anything they want. When she gave me the savoury, i waited for her to offer me the pastries as its part of the deal, she looked at me like i wasnt suppose to have it and made me feel VERY uncomfertable! Please hire staff that arent rasict, thank you!

I had a sausage and bacon sandwich. Was amazing. Staff are very busy making sure you get your food before you miss your train but still very friendly, helpful and happy. It was a great start to my day. Week done upper crust

Popped into uppercrust before work and had a bacon roll and a coffee. Was served by Mark, very friendly and quick. Made sure i was able to grab some breakfast before my day started. Will definitely go back xx
These guys were amazing this morning, I only had like five minutes before my train and was craving a coffee. They managed to get through a massive queue, epic customer service and everyone made their train. Has set me up for the day and a lovely coffee! Thank you!

My wife and I travelled to London on a early train and we were early, grabbed a coffee and waited at a little table with comfy chairs, gentle soft music in background. Had a very pleasant wait for our train.
