Had the most disgusting hot chocolate I have ever tasted in my life. I'll admit I have a bit of a sweet tooth but this was just overly artificially sweet. I honestly gagged when i took a swig. Do NOT go here
Nothing to recommend this licence to print money. Very poor range for non meat eaters, and overpriced. plain egg baguette tasteless and unappetising. Not even salt or pepper.' 'We stopped doing sachets' Why? For god's sake!
Have nearly always found the service here to be incredibly notably and consistently or I wouldn't post it slow here, which isn't ideal if you've got a train to catch. The small coffee kiosk next door is a better option.
Closed at 720pm. Wont serve coffee and letting everyone know they will close the actual restaurant in 10 mins. I will be reporting through Uppercrust. Some rude supervisor with a terrible undercut to match her terrible attitude. Disgusting experience.

Great coffee and great looking bap's too , Sarah was extremely helpful...the banter you get off this lady is excellent, Loving visiting here on my travels between Crewe and London makes the waiting times between trains go alot faster...
Incredibly rude staff. Ended up walking out because of how rude the lady behind the counter was & refused to give us her name so we could complain directly. Absolutely disgusting.
Had to pay twice for the same coffee because the guy behind the counter kept insisting he 'had not put it through the til" even after I showed him my bank statement saying I had paid twice at exactly 10.15 he still insisted he was right. That is what you call terrible service.
