It is a nice, warm and convenient place to stop by on a cold winter evening whilst waiting to catch the next train. And there is free WiFi there too. Service could do with some improvement though.
Totally unbelievable. The cafe closes at 9:30 but they close the indoor seating area before 8:30 and take in the outside chairs at 8:45. The manner in which it was done was rude with no attempt to provide any form of decent customer service
Overpriced poor quality trash from SSP Franchise.
Travelling with my epilepsy support dog we arrived at Crewe station platform 5. Was not allowed to go in. Yet my support dog is allowed to go in ANY restaurant, theatre, train or shop with me. However, I was refused today. Beware the woman was not very polite. Will not be using any pumpkin outlet at all in future
