Rude rude rude! Door was open so popped head in with a smiley expression as wanted a tea before journey. My greeting was a grumpy woman shouting from behind the counter “not yet not yet!” The effort involved in shouting this with an angry expression on her face was far more than a friendly “sorry love we aren’t open yet”. Customer service at its best! NOT! I’m a local and it made me embarrassed that people from out of area would see this as Liverpool hospitality!
No hello welcome upon approach after 3 hour train journey, service from young lady very poor, bought a baguette with poor amount of filling asked for a regular size latte and a regular size coffee to which I got an answer of " we don't do that size " it is on the board behind small / medium / Large !! Upon sitting down I may add I found it amusing that a simple ham baguette couldn't be supplied to a customer who was told " we don't do them " again no sorry Come on I'm new to Liverpool but found this amusing, I won't use you again and click now why every other coffee shop in the station was packed out with customers !! I can't say anything about your salted caramel hot chocolate didn't have it !!!!
Literally just ordered this and had a train to catch so I didn’t have time to see the sandwich but what is up with the lettuce ? Doesn’t look appetising and it’s dry not enough mayo in itFood: 1/5
I picked up a Too Good 2 Go bag here and I can't believe people pay the prices for what you get. Hardly any filling in the baguette, the last 3 cm was just plain bread, and the cookie tasted burnt. I felt ripped off paying £3 for the food, the retail price would have been £10.20! Both items were taken from the retail display so not some sort of leftovers. I know some people value conspicuous consumption and must be seen eating their sandwich out of the right paper bag but there comes a point when 'the prices aren't frightening, they're reassuring' just doesn't cut it.
I see Kim regularly in the morning on my commute. She and all the other staff are absolutely lovely. The coffee is just as good as the other more expensive chains in the station too!Service: 5/5

Stopped off here whilst waiting for my boyfriend’s train. The food was alright, I suspect it was out for a little while, the staff didn’t seem particularly happy, it wasn’t also the cleanest place. But worthwhile stopping at if you need something on the go.Food: 3/5

Stopped off here whilst waiting for my train, they had some great options for baguettes, and a much needed iced tea which i recommend. Service from Ananya was wonderful : Would go again next time i’m waiting for my train for sure!Food: 5/5
