there is one member of staff here who quite simply is the rudest most unhelpful person I have ever had the misfortune of having to do business with. I had a parcel to hand in (this already had a prepaid sticker on it so she didn't have to do anything except stamp the proof of postage) and this was snatched off me door slammed and not one single word the whole time I was being served. Good advertisement I don't think.
