Had a brilliant experience with Adam and his team who replaced our boiler and upgraded our radiators. They explained the work required clearly and were very accommodating in scheduling the works around other jobs that were being carried out at the same time. Communication was great and the work carried out to a high standard. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend upgrade Property Services and we will be using them for future works.
This is the second time I have used his team for major renovation work in my home and I can only praise them to the highest degree for their work and their professionalism. They came on time every morning and they tidied up each evening. There was no slacking or extra long lunch hours! The work they have done is to the highest standard and I am delighted with the final result. No biscuits required, only hot water for their own coffee! I recommend them 100%.
Our terraced house badly needed exterior painting of doors, windows etc. Upgrade Property Services Ltd gave a competitive quote and the work was quickly. Terry worked‘ like a Trojan’ and did a great job. He is professional, completely reliable and trustworthy and happy to answer any questions and queries. He always left our house clean and tidy. The house is now a pleasure to come home to!
Adam and his team did a lot of work for me over the summer, including installing two new bathrooms, insulation, knocking down a wall, creating shelving space, installing a new fuse board, moving doorways, plastering and painting. Their customer care is excellent - Adam is very responsive to calls and emails and to sorting out problems that inevitably arise during building works. Having access to a wide range of skills and trades was crucial for me so that I could have the work project-managed by Adam rather than me having to identify lots of individual traders. The work is of a very high standard and Adam and his team were polite, professional, hard-working and respectful at all times. I’d highly recommend them.
I contacted Adam about replacing an old fence. He arranged for Paul, the fencer, to visit to look at the garden and discuss my requirements and then sent me a clear and reasonable quote. Both Adam and Paul were cheerful, prompt and considerate and the fence is solid and good quality. Adam followed up to make sure I was satisfied with the job. I am happy to recommend them .thank Upgrade Property Services Ltd.
Adam and his team did a fantastic job completely renovating my one-bedroom flat. I was particularly looking for a company that offered a range of skills so that they could project manage it for me, and Adam did that job admirably. Communication was excellent throughout, and I found Adam and his team a pleasure to work with. I would definitely recommend them.
Very quick response to do some work on lights which I needed as I have a sight impairment. Upgrade Property Services Ltd workers Maintenance were polite and friendly. Arrived on time and rooms were left clean and tidy. I would highly recommend this company.

workers came to us at a time of need without hesitation. At 5pm Our key snapped in our front door leaving us unable to enter. Shaun went out of his way to source the part, collect the part and fit the part within one hour solving our nightmare with zero fuss at a very reasonable price.. So pleased with Shaun’s work hoping to get a new front door supplied and fitted by the upgrade team. If you are looking for building work with peace of mind I would recommend upgrade..
Asked team leader Upgrade to come back and replace all the old guttering at the front of the house. The Upgrade team has already built us an orangery/conservatory and replaced our garden fence and their work is excellent. This job was no different. Shaun and Jordan finished the job working into the evening using big lamps so that they could carry on. They even put my Christmas lights back up! Another great job and good value for money. They would be my first call for future work and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
