Over the past couple of years I have had a lot of work carried out by R&ao Gibbs ranging from new boiler and central heating system completely refurbished bathroom and more recently electrical work - light fitting , doorbell additional sockets etc. The work is always carried out to a high standard and the workers always polite and helpful. When the bathroom and heating system work was carried out I went away and left them to it  completely honest reliable and trustworthy. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending this company to anyone.

Needed the O rings changed on my kitchen mixer tap which was leaking. Young man in there asked me to bring it in. He took the old ones off for me and fitted the new ones. Charged me £1. Tap doesn't leak anymore. Absolutely brilliant!

I'm not usually one for leaving reviews, but I was blown away with the level of service these guys provided today!
I rang them for a central heating pump as my elderly farthers had packed up & left him with no heating...
The guy on the phone said they were about to shut for they're Christmas party in 5 minutes & realising I couldn't make it in time, happily agreed to bring us all the parts we might require with a money back guaranty if we didn't need them, and actually had them at our door within 15 minutes!
I thought old fashioned customer service like this was long gone, but obviously not.

Popped in today for a couple of O rings to fix my Mums tap and they were friendly and very helpful. Support your local shops\trades

Helpful and friendly service - Been having trouble with my toilet running on and had a couple of plumbers have a look and unable to solve the problem - feeling frustrated decided to youtube it and have a go myself and was able to take out the cistern and pop it into the store so that I would get the right bit and the helpful guy on the counter had the bit I needed but suggested I just try changing the washer first - did this and all working perfectly now - thank you very much :)
