How do you offer a conditional admission to someone and then after making a tuition deposit you turnaround and claim that you had rejected the offer, claiming that you sent a mail when a mail was not received. What sort of confusion is that?! Is that how you lot operate? Going through other reviews and I can see you have a notorious trend of receiving deposits and then rejecting admissions while cooking up a lie that you send a mail notifying the rejection when in actual fact you did not. This is quite unfortunate!
When I joined this university I was studying Adult nursing, because I became unwell I was informed I need to withdraw as my recovery would take too long. I later applied for mental health nursing for the year after which I was accepted on. Due to covid placements were far and few, this is when I was given no options to take a leave of absence after completing almost 1 full year. So, I returned a few months later for September intake, I was placed on 2 community placements which did not offer the ability to complete the proficiencies required to progress to the next year and although I arranged to go onto wards I was unable to complete medication rounds as there were to many students. By the time the year was finished most of the year had failed and withdrawn. The lack of response from tutors for support was shocking. If your looking to be educated in nursing without experience then I would not recommend this university. Being taught through PowerPoints posted to canvas is not ideal as you cannot ask questions because tutors don't respond. I loved nursing but studying with this university has ruined my confidence in my academic ability and the attitude from some staff to students is terrible, sometimes I think they forget we are adults not children. Think properly before investing your money in to this area, because the fail rate is high and the only nursing group that is taken seriously is Adult nursing.
Extend the study at first and been promise to help extend the visa. But after the visa expires because of delayed response refused to help extend the visa. I offer to meet in person to discuss the situation and maybe offer the idea with either the vice chancellor since he is from Education Secretary but been ignored. Head of Immigration University Lynne also just simply pass the responsibility to support staff which the issue is related with visa as they promised but hmm no word to say. At first they only said the extend till the end of this year. But t it seem a lie which the later date to submit is Match Next year. Should help with extension first but I don't know why this happen. If the uni still refused hope they still give back the lost cost

Very Bad University... I applied as a international student from Saudi Arabia for MBA for October intake 2022. Got conditional offer, submitted all documents, Passed interview, submitted questionnaire & immigration history form, Paid initial deposit fee of 3500 Pounds and suddenly they rejected me and no reason mentioned on the portal. CALLING FROM Morning to Admissions department and compliance team, no one pick ups the call, no ome answered only music was played and I have a lot of bill to pay for international calls. Worst service ever...
Really a bed experience with this university they totally wasted my time , I applied for December intake but but after transfer of funds they told their seats are full for that particular course then I thought it's ok " I might be late to book the seat" Then they gave an option to defer that for April Or May intake in their London campus as I had already passed the interview but they again gave some Questionnaire to fill and as I filled them with straight forward answers and meanwhile before this I had paid approx 60% fee. But I don't know in that given questionnaire they want me to narrate some big and fake stories or without any solid reason they rejected my application. This university don't care about your time, money and anything else. Even after this their stupid agents showed very rude behavior with me when I asked for some reason for Rejection. Over all guys don't go for this university. Worse university during this time.

After graduating they show no respond to you or assistance!! Been studying there for 4 years after graduating wanted to do a master at another university. I’ve asked for a letter from the university to proof I was student there. it took 34 Days to get a respond! I’ve send an 3 email to student admin no respond! I’ve called 11 time’s and left voice call because calls doesn’t go through and still no one called me back. It’s really bad experience. I got a proof of what I’m saying.
Came here for my last year of uni. I studied Graphic Design and got no support what so ever as a third-year intake. Grades seemed to be unreasonable and there is definite favouritism going on towards the students that studied there the whole 3 years. I would avoid this Uni at any cost. I passed but I am happy I don't have to go back there ever again!
