The University, through Whitelands College, has provided higher education to women for longer than any other institution in the country.

One of best parkland Campus I have ever seen. It’s been 3 years I am studying at University of Roehampton and loved to be there more and more not only for study but also to relax or refresh mind. Teaching staff is amazing, great lessons good debates. Intellectually stimulating professionals, and I would say a reasonable level of support to students. The university structure thought is very poor. Toilets are awful. It is either too cold during winter or too hot during summer. Food wise, if you are not Asian and/or love curry will end up like me bringing pack lunch and dinner from home. Good luck!
All admissions do is hang up on you, someone needs to get rid of these people it’s terrible. Honestly only one helpful person in that area. Calls should be monitored closely as they automatically hang up or speak and then hang up before you can even speak. Or even hang up while they’re talking to make it look like the call cut off. Other than that the university has a beautiful campus and teaching is great too! Accommodations aren’t too expensive and there is much help available with money bursaries or emergency funding!
I had an amazing 3 years at Roehampton University. I studied BA History and Philosophy which is actually now a defunct course and I had a very high level educational experience. Unfortunately, Roehampton did let themselves down at times something which the University seems to be rectifying now with regard to retaining their high level staff, especially in humanities. Two of my key lecturers were both “let go” or deemed “surplus to requirements”, however, one of them moved on to lecture at Oxford University. Overall, I did have a great time at Roehampton, and made memories I will hold dear forever. The University seems to have picked up their efforts into certain areas in recent years as seen on social media, which is always a positive. The people are lovely.
Based on the experience of an acquaintance of mine from Germany who came to study on a visa at this university, I have decided that it will not be on my children's school list as a choice. The HR staff has been rude and unhelpful. While the courses might be fine, the mental health struggles my acquaintance is going through make it not worth it. The university needs to be considerate, supportive, and improve their communication channels with students.

Perfect teaching, accessible library and academic services and student support.
I want to give 5/5 star for outstanding And excellence in teaching as well as Ranking of university. But I'm very much frustrated just because i attend my pre-CAS interview on 11th July and today it is 25 July but still i didn't got result which makes me frustrated. While my friends attend the on same date and 19 th of July they Received their result within 3-4 days of interview. I hope this problem should be fixed as soon as possible.
