Too expensive for the kind of rooms available. It cost £416 per month.Appliances are too old. Bathrooms and kitchens are old. If you have extra £100 per month try Fitzroy court. private accommodation is much cheaper if you share with some friends.
By far the worst experience of my life, the rooms must have been designed for rats rather than humans. The room above me had flooded and my room was full of water so I had requested a room transfer and the horrible service of the accommodation responded to my transfer application after 6 weeks. I would never live there again or suggest anyone to go. Not to mention the fact that the manager has lost my room transfer application twice.
Very disappointed. Comparable to a cell. Dingy, painted breeze block walls internally. No tv aerial point. Disgusting toilet despite being cleaned by staff; single oven and one hob for 6 students; a shower that leaks; an extractor fan that doesn't work and a single bed which looks no unlike a metal fold up bed. Time to invest I a memory foam topper too!
The halls I've been in are horrible.. Tiny rooms. Toilets are really gross - I know the tenents are mean't to keep them clean, but they need checking! Really gross.
The rooms are small, and the bathrooms aren’t clean and there isn’t a good clean service. The only good things are the value and the play zone
Good place to live as a student. Quiet place, good staff, and large parking
Staff are friendly but the rooms are trash.
Good place for temporary stay
Easy and friendly for students
