I joined Unit One after years of frustrating sessions at big corporate gyms. The staff here are so friendly and always offer lifting/workout advice if you ask. The Hyrox set up is great, with trainers experienced running large sessions and keeping everyone motivated. I would definitely recommend coming down and giving the gym a go, top class set up.
Awesome gym. Been a member for just over a year and it always seems to be evolving and getting better. Great atmosphere, loads of equipment and friendly staff. Highly recommend!

Best gym I have been to in the area, tonnes of space to cater for all. Wide range of classes across the week. Trainers and staff all very welcoming.
After moving to the area on my own not knowing anyone. It was daunting choosing the right gym, I did visit a few! But Unit One felt welcoming, everyone who works there is friendly. They are always around to support you and help you achieve your goals. Whether it's in the many classes they offer or working on many different machines/ weights in the gym. They will always push you and give you advice. The members of the gym are also great and even though I'm not from the area they are friendly and welcoming too..its a great little community. I definitely joined the right gym, Unit One has helped me achieve a new fitness level and body but also helped me settle in the area!
