My wife and I have been going here for olympic lifting lessons with Tom. I would highly recommend it, Tom is a great coach who keeps things fun while also making sure we learn the techniques properly.

So much better than commercial gyms! Such a great atmosphere with all of the staff as well as everyone that goes in there being so friendly. You’re able to do your own thing or follow a programme designed specifically for you. Brilliant gym and I won’t go anywhere else now! Would definitely recommend for anyone whether you’re just starting the gym or know what you’re doing!

Unit Fitness is by far the best gym i've had the pleasure in going to. Both Tom and Dan are incredibly knowledgeable and always willing to help not only myself, but all members regardless of ability. If you're looking for a family feel gym, this is the place to be. I cannot recommend Unit Fitness enough.

Absolutely love Unit Fitness, Tom and Dan are great coaches and it is such a friendly gym to train in. Tom is always helping me improve on my techniques and programs me great workouts  I can honestly say I wouldn't want to train anywhere else.
