I have been going to Daisy's yoga classes for years now and can't recommend them enough.  Daisy does more than teach you how to get into the yoga poses.  She focuses on ensuring that the classes benefit your mind, body and soul.  You will leave class feeling stretched, more flexible, relaxed and having learnt something new.

Love Daisy and her teaching style , she is calm and relaxed in her approach she is extremely knowledgeable, and enjoys a bit of fun too. She has kept me sane during these turbulent times and I would totally recommend her classes

I have enjoyed going to yoga with Daisy..her classes leave me feeling relaxed, inspired and positive. I also went to a gong bath session that Daisy organised which was very well explained and sensitively played which left me feeling relaxed and calmed. Daisy really does have an amazing wealth of knowledge and experience to share which really shines through in her teaching.

I have been to many yoga classes. I honestly can say hers are one of the best I have ever been. I always walk out feeling grounded, more flexible, looser and supple. She goes through the movements where to pay attention, the benefits behind poses. You don’t get many teachers explain that during session very often. I found them so helpful to remember when I do yoga at home. cannot imagine my life without her class now! I highly recommend to anyone.

Lovely calm and relaxing atmosphere. Very qualified and knowledgeable teacher. Evening and afternoon classes available.
