Staff very friendly,my hair was a mess when I went it to the salon the girls sorted out my hair, looks so much better very pleased definitely recommend the salon to my friends and family.

As a long standing customer my husband bought a set of GHD straighteners (£155.00) as a gift. They are refusing to offer any sort of refund, credit note or good will gesture. Apparently it is against their policy to ever offer good will even though they never informed us that this is the case. My husband would never have risked buying a gift item that came with a no returns policy.
