As a long standing customer my husband bought a set of GHD straighteners (£155.00) as a gift. They are refusing to offer any sort of refund, credit note or good will gesture. Apparently it is against their policy to ever offer good will even though they never informed us that this is the case. My husband would never have risked buying a gift item that came with a no returns policy.

Ellie has just hilighted and cut and dried my hair. The whole experience was very relaxing and had a lovely treatment aswell; which I would highly recommend. All the staff are so friendly and I felt well and truly pampered! Thank you all.

Great way to start the week with an appt at 9am Monday morning.  Ellie was lovely and cut and dried my hair beautifully.  Even my partner commented!!
