I have been going to unique for a number of years now and have never had a bad haircut.  The stylists listen to my ideas about how I would like my hair and cut it beautifully.  They also put my daughters hair up for her school prom and it looked stunning.

Lovely salon, but I had a trade test done with a now employee called Courtney, absolutely shocking! I had to then pay £60 for my hair to be colour corrected at my usual salon! How she was employed after such a shocking cut and colour, I do not know! I asked for a light brown to blonde balayage and came out with a ginger, patchy, horrible mess! 
I would go back to the salon, but certainly not to have my hair done by Courtney.  
Appalling customer service afterwards from Courtney herself, not the salon manager. As I was ignored for weeks by Courtney until finally contacting the manager!
Recommend the salon, but 100% not Courtney
