Update with the receipt to prove that is not a scam as the owner lies. WORST EXPERIENCE I have bought the Worcester Greenstar 30I Combi Boiler ERP from their website, they have sent me an a confirmation email and a delivery date. Based on that I have booked a plumber to come and fix the boiler. After 2 days I was contacted by Khan which I think is the only person behind this business and ask me for more money. Initali I said no but because I have booked a plumber I agree to pay more with just one condition, to send me the boiler the next day as I have booked the plumber which will charge me for his time, at which can replied yes I'll send it to arrive next day. He did not send the boiler, I have paid the plumber for his lost time and on top of all that in order to get my money back I need it to contact PayPal as he will not refund the money. Like I said, WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!

Was looking for a new boiler as my old one was on the way out, I had several quotes from other companies recommending me a variety of different products, but after speaking to Arshad at Unique Heating supplies I felt like I could trust him and he knew what he is talking about. Provided me with a Baxi 630, all the fittings and installation was quick. The engineer on arrival was wearing the correct PPE and was very friendly. Spent a few hours changing the boiler and did not leave any mess which was GREAT!!. Will highly recommend for any Boiler or bathroom needs. Keep up the good work Arshad and Team.
What a wonderful service. My boiler broke and by the next day they fitted a brand new one. The service was quick efficient and professional. Oh and the price was brilliant. Thank you. I would definitely recommend and use again.
I have used Unique Plumbing & Heating supplies LTD many times and have not once been disappointed. I am so impressed with its services from the start of the appointment, through to the end of the job. They are reasonably priced and genuine. I know who I will be calling if I need a plumber again. If you are looking for a trustworthy reliable company then you have no further to go. I completely recommend this company. My boiler was fitted in 48 hours of making a Call. The engineers were friendly and completely competent. If you need a boiler and need it to be cost effective then just call them.
Top guys and top products, never a problem and best prices. Had rads for whole house, very impressed on the quialty of the rads and really decent price. Also had combi convertion done, again working perfect with no issues. No issues with returns ether. Top guys, highly recommend this store, you won't be disappointed. Thanks guys
Simply brilliant. I have rented property and my own property. Both boilers failed at the same time. Contacted Unique Plumbing who gave me the best price for two boilers. Best part was that within 48 hours, both my boilers were installed by a very hard working engineer. I definitely recommend this company to anyone.
five star all the way, excellent customer service, mr arshad is a very polite and very helpfull man, my boiler packed up and i contacted asrshad, who with any hesitation dealt with my quiry at the instant moment, he provided me with a brand new boiler with a five year guarantee, also got it booked in with the engineers on the same day for next day installation, the engineers where very kind and had my boiler up and runing in no time, i have to say unique are the best at what they do and very well managed, thankyou very much mr arshad and team
