This was a big event from our point of view, having the main bathroom and an en suite totally reconfigured and a new pressurised hot water tank installed at the same time, with all the consequential re-plumbing that entailed. After meeting Matt for the first time we had confidence that the company would do a good job and so it proved. The suggestions he made, and the efficiency with which he responded made the planning go smoothly and when the work started -on time- the incredibly hard work of Stuart and his colleagues has been amazing. I could now see how much work was involved in the taking down and rebuilding and routing the services etc. It was done efficiently and cheerfully and although there was inevitable disruption, it was kept to a minimum and everyone was a pleasure to have in the house. The job was completed to our total satisfaction and we are delighted with the outcome. I can also see where the money goes and having seen the time, effort and materials involved, it seems really good value for money! We contacted them at first because we had seen their vans around the village so often. We did not contact anyone else about the proposed work. We are really happy we made this choice and are sure that we couldn't have had a better experience with another company. They seem to have a really good team who should all be proud of the service they give and the work they do. We would recommend them wholeheartedly.Services: Toilet installation
