Good customer service/ very simple style and practical/ always sale price. Store always looks organized and well maintained
I love the quality of their clothes, especially the graphic t-shirts. They have designs for young and adult tastes. prices are high but is cheaper than other stores, where you nice designs but bad quality. They a loyalty program, where you find promotions and contest. It's worth it to shop here.
I have liked Uniqlo since I lived in Japan 10 years ago. I appreciated their recycling initiatives. heard from my friends back home that there was t shirts that collaborated with Sanrio, so I came here to try my luck. Although I could not see what I hoped for, they had some tees for Snoopy fans, as well as tees for some Japanese anime. Apparently, you can even design your own. One drawback was: there were areas you could not access to without walking stairs, which was quite challenging for my mother who was getting old and having mobility issues. As a result, she had to wait for me at the bottom of the stairs.
I bought two trendy T-shirts for my daughter from this store and I'm very happy with the quality of them. I wash them regularly, and the color didn't fade.
Went for a quick pick up of fall essentials on Oct 10 at lunch. Check out was made 100 x better by the service agent named An - ty for all your help and service. My first time in the store - great!
Not as good as Tokyo’s original Uniqlo store but still a huge selection of clothes for the whole family.
Good pricing, good quality clothes. Plain and simple. Nice graphic tees too. Got to say the return and policy on how they conduct returns is so bizarre, it just comes off as a power trip. Me: “I’d like to make a return” *gives receipt* “Do you have the same card you bought this with?” “Yes.” “Can you show me the card for the last 4 digits?” *shows only credit card* “Was it by ApplePay?” “Yes, here’s the card inside my phone” *card expired 2 months ago, ApplePay cannot be verified for some reason* *realizes there’s a lot happening, nothing weird, just not 100% their policy and using common sense* Her: “it’s fine. It’ll automatically go back to your card.” ??? If I had to present the card, I get having to show the card in case it’s stolen and I’m getting someone’s money. But if it automatically goes back to the same card, present or not, what was the point of all that? EVEN IF IT WAS STOLEN, THE PERSON GETS THEIR MONEY BACK?
It is difficult to get to now that there is construction. Even though it is hard to get to from Eaton centre the lines for the fitting room are super long. I wanted to get stuff but the lines just deter me. They do have a cool section for the customized t-shirts and the alteration.
Occupying two floors as the north unit next to Nordstrom and Samsung, this UNIQLO constantly has new events and promotions. Very worth the value and style for everyday wear. When it gets busy, they do a good job of filtering crowds and creating an entrance on the north side. They have a big unit entrance to entertain a lot of customers going in and out of the store. Staff members greet you upon entering. Inventory is well stocked and staff members are very helpful at locating products. They have a changing room on each floor as well. This location is one of the best and has the most amount of product in stock. They have an exclusive t-shirt section like other UNIQLOs including oversea store layouts. They introduced a new check-out technology with RFID tags which makes purchasing effortless. The staff are friendly and there are two sets of cashiers spots on the main and second floor!
Used to love this store, but both quality and customer service are going downhills. DON'T SHOP here because if you return an open item, even when you didn't use it, they won't accept returns. This is not very fair as how we know if the product is good without even open and try? There are many better brands than this, with better return policy and better products of course. My mom bought for me a pair of Uniqlo trousers, which cost 60 dollars, yet the fabrics are thin, form are weak and look totally unflattering on me. Please there are better options than Uniqlo for a better price. Uniqlo has lost its charm, things are pricey, with boring designs and thin fabrics. The only good things are the warm underlayer products. But their acrylic sweater is not good, it makes you feel stuffy and unbreakable on your skin, very uncomfortable.
