We had a reunion at Foot’s Cray Mansion which Ibraheem coordinated from UniQ Studios, everything was amazing, every question was answered in speedy time and the mansion was amazing. I highly recommend booking through UniQ and using this amazing property. Thank you.

Would not recommend holding events here! Staff created an awkward unfriendly environment on several interactions up to and on the event day. They are not flexible or respectful in the way they interact with attendees and I find it inappropriate for occasions. Better protocols or terms in the way that you deal with and arrange events is advised because you are not handling them appropriately/like other venues at all.

Maria from Uniq Studios was so pleasant to work with. Customer Service was 10/10 and I can’t thank you enough for making the big day work. I booked the Potter’s bar Villa for my bestfriend’s birthday party and Maria made the booking so smooth and quick. The place was amazing and clean. My experience with UNIQ Studios was only 10/10 because of Maria and the amazing customer service she provided so Thank You Very Much! Will Definitely be booking again!

The Villa was huge and amazing throughout! Clean & Cosy! Stunning Views! Our family had the best Christmas Day Celebration! Highly Recommend! The host Ibraheem was professional and kind! Marcos was so accommodating and courteous! We will definitely be returning!!!!

DO NOT trust this place. I was contacted by the studio after signing up my 8 month old son for modelling. We took him for a test shoot which was ment to take 2 hours max. We arrived at 3pm and didn't leave until 9pm. After the photos were taken we was told to wait to speak to the consultant "Frankie". She told us that his pictures where sent to the modelling agancy and thay they had received them back and thay he had been accepted by the modelling agency. She then went on to say that I had to pay £300 for the package and that I could pay half now and the rest when he started receiving work. When I asked her how quickly he would receive work, she replied straight away from the agency that had accepted him and wished to represent him. She even made a call to the modeling agency in front of me but I later found out that the modelling agency was infact closed at the time she made the "call  She went on to say that I didn't need to do anything and that the modelling agency would contact me with job offered the following day. I couldn't really afford it but she ensured me that he would have offer straight away and that I could pay in installments once he received his first pay from the agency. I stupidly paid!  The following day I received an email from the agany saying that they received his pictures that morning and they wanted me to contact them regarding them representing him. When i called them they was shocked at the promises this women had made and told me that what she had said was NOt the case. I would need to attent there office and pay an admin fee of almost £200 before they would represent him and before he would receive any offeres of work.  I contacted my bank as soon as I realised that us was in fact a SCAM and luckily the investigated and deemed it as scam and I was lucky enough to receive a refund.  Please don't listen to these people it is a scam and they are very good at pressuring you into believing them.

Amazing studio, cannot recommend it enough! Sam and Clay helped us in everyway and more. The studio was clean, spacious and professional. They came to check in constantly to see if we needed any help. Sam brought various colour options for the backdrop, they offered us the styling room to help us out, they helped us clean up and made the busy day as stress-free as possible. I will definitely be using this beautiful place again!

We rented the villa in potters bar for my 30th birthday weekend with a few friends, and had an absolute blast. Not only is the villa incredible, the customer service was second to none. The villa was perfect for a weekend trip away, felt like we were really on holiday! Special mention to Ibraheem for being so helpful.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

Dealing with Uniq Studios has been one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever come across. After cancelling a booking and agreeing for the cancellation fee to be deducted from our £450 deposit, it has taken me ringing the studio every day since September 21st it is now October 25th only to be told I would be called back and never was. This was followed up with multiple emails during the week which were never responded to. A month later, we were then refunded  the wrong amount far less than we had been promised and when I raised this with the director, to date I have received no response. We will definitely not be working with Uniq Studios in the future. Their customer service has frankly been unhelpful at best and completely disrespectful.

Hi beautiful people,  I must say this creative agency truly cares about their clients. I was extremely surprised how quick and efficient was all the process of booking, shooting and getting the pictures high-end finished. The quality of the studios there are plenty of choices are exceptional, highly refurbished and fully equipped as well as the professionalism of the staff members. Please ignore negative feedback's I fully recommend this place as a client as well as the professional photographer/videographer. I am using the space over 4 years now with a high-attention to detail and it cannot be fault on any fields. Keep up the good work Uniq team. Kindest regards, Leve

Had my son’s first birthday photoshoot @uniqstudios and it was fantastic, the studio space was great, photographer was well patient & took great photos of my son. We also hired studio 6 for the party and the staff went over and above to ensure we had everything we needed . Great stuff!!!
