I had e-commerce site from AJK Technologies. They done quite good job. Everything was perfect but after 4 months time while my freelancer was trying to integrate social media links and its plugin. He cause damage to main files of the site. I contacted the these guys to fix and i was expecting that they will charge me and i was prepare to pay. They fix my site and didn't invoice me at all. Hence the reason i am posting review here now. Now they are providing me maintenance support. They won me and i am quite happy with it. Would recommend them.
AJK technologies is a fraudulent company. They talk nice and professional but be warned; they took my down payment money for 2 software projects and did not perform any work for me AT ALL. Up till now after 9 months they have not sent me any files or emails on any work done. I had no choice but to start my project with an alternate company and complain about them to local and international authorities. I normally don't complain about companies over social platforms but in this case I strongly believe that I should warn anyone who wants to do business with them. There will be more complains about their behavior on more medias soon so please be careful.
First of all I would like to thank AJK for all the excellent work on the website analysis and the incredible SEO and PPC strategy the whole team prepared for my business. I was impressed by their analysis and strategy. Past work that they did to my website have already held up against the Google updates from May and July with minor consequences. Once the “Google dance” ended everything was already up where it was before. This is an experience that I have never had before with other SEO services that I have hired in the past. I wish I knew AJK digital before. The internet and the marketing world need more people like you guys, THANK YOU
Not even worth a one star! I wish I had read these reviews before I used them... they have completely wiped out my product catalogue and all the data I have been saving up for weeks and months with it :. Seeing as I am self funding my own business I am going to have to spend several more very late nights redoing... NOT HAPPY AT ALL and customer service was awful atleast from the lady I spoke to in India/Pakistan who said she lead the company then hung up on me MID call!!. Then turns out the owner is in London and to admit he was apologetic but couldn't really help me redo my product descriptions.. so chocs, wine and flowers may work on someone 20 years younger BUT I WANT MY WEBSITE BACK!!!! Will never use them again... well once I get my data back to where it was......
I have used AJK for one of my project, The experience was outstanding. I will definitely use them again for more projects.
perfect company for website design and development. I have used them for my small e-commence web-site.
