Store is located in burntwood. Staff are knowledgeable. Very accommodating. For all all those patients with children starting a new term of school, then I feel for you and your wallet 😰.

Terrable service ! Been waiting 8 weeks for 2 cardigans!! And still waiting ! Will NOT use this shop again !! Staff are not very helpful that is if & when they can be bothered to serve you !

The out side of the shop is nothing to sing about, but the staff inside are really helpful. All busing around trying to help you and offeri g the correct sizes. Trying on differnt uniform so that you know the sizes you need to order. As for ordering the service is fantastic, so quick. And they let you know if its going to take a while and the reason behind it. Although the longest I have waited for an item is 4 days after they told me it could be 2 weeks(which I also thought was reasonable). Good local store with senior school uniform. Only thing is they don't sell year 10 white PE tshirts for Brownhills school!
