Amazing customer service - very polite and professional. I ordered a small size by click and collect but the assistant allowed me to check the size before I took it away and when I looked unsure, offered me the opportunity to exchange it. Lovely lady. Highly recommended
First impressions are key I didn’t buy anything but was stood in the shop whilst one member of staff talked to another person not sure if they were buying whilst the gormless female just stared at me no speech before walking out the back did that for a second time so I walked out the shop rang immediately on leaving the premises no answer clearly very busy went somewhere else.
Absolutely disgusting customer service! I have called many times and no one ever answers the phone, Due to being ill my partner went to collect some uniform I had ordered for our daughter and I wanted to inform them that he would be collecting it, however I tried calling twice and the third time they had taken the phone of the hook. Previous to this I visited the shop and was greeted with a lady that said they were having a well deserved coffee break all four staff were sitting on chairs drinking tea and talking not very welcoming at all, when I asked what size I needed to look for and a little help it seamed like I was interrupting and no one really could be bothered to help, the lady that did help was new and just seemed to be getting her bearings she was lovely and the only reason for the one star!
The customer service at this place is absolutely dreadful. You try telephoning and it is constantly engaged. They say that they'll call you within two weeks to advise that your order has come. This has never happened and I go there every year. I have been waiting 4 weeks now for my sons uniform. Sort yourselves out or let someone do it. Products are fine but there behaviours and customer service is appalling.
I was a bit hesitant to go here after reading the previous reviews but perhaps I caught them on a good day!! First in on a Monday morning and the assistant was very helpful in finding the correct size clothing for me. Friendly service and explained the collection process so all in all, a good experience
A very small shop and a long delay in receiving orders. I advise to order in may prehaps then youll recieve them by September start!
Extremely slow service. Be prepared to wait for a very long time to be seen. I find sizes for y4 and up are never in stock and it takes a few weeks to be delivered. You leave your details for a text but don't hold your breath.
Every time you have to order uniform they say you will get a message was told 2 weeks it has now been 4 weeks different excuses everytime you go in. Previously about 2 years ago they lost part of the order then after 6 weeks and me getting aggressive someone had a look out the back and found it. Personally I think they could not organise a pi** u* in a brewery. I have discovered to late now that there is a uniform shop in Tamworth that is also online and covers all of Lichfield schools I will use it in the future.

Awful place. I ordered my daughter's uniform at the very start of the school hoilday and still have no uniform for my youngest and she starts school tomorrow. They have gave her uniform to someone else by human error their words. My eldest starts high school and they gave me half nether stowe and half fiary uniform. The manger is very rude and doesn't seem to care even though these uniforms have been paid for. It's disgraceful
