Blue light card no longer accepted. Better atmosphere again. The staff were nice and friendly as they usually are. Not sure what was going on with the staff last time I was in here.
Not impressed at my experience in Bon Marchè yesterday. An assistant watched me walk to the tills and then put her head down and carried on folding stock. I had to ask to be served. Very rude. The last time I visited one of the staff was smoking near the entrance. Vile. You need to up your game Bon Marchè.
Vile assistant called Pam. Avoid. Rude, sarcastic and laughed at us as we left. Refused to refund full price for an item as it had since entered sale. That can’t be legal. Spoke to us as though we were stupid and an inconvenience for disturbing her mobile phone time
Brilliant customer service. Very helpful staff esp Pam and Tina. Both of them went out of thier way to help me and my mum. A must visit.
