The most crappiest company ever. They know nothing about customer service. They should contact you and tell you the exact date they are coming to deliver and the time. They gave the sofa 2 weeks after the deliver date and just knocked at my door without any notice, expecting someone to be sitting at home waiting for them. If you want less hassle, don’t bother
My mom bought two beds of unique colour they said they will deliver it in 10 days because of the colour they delivered it after 14 days while we called them every day to ask for delivery they didn't explain the reasons for delay but kept on lying to us. They did not apologise either but kept being jerks. They also didn't tell my mum that if we cancel we have to pay 20% £140 as a vat charge if we wish to cancel the order. This happend because we truested these people and paid full deposit if I'd paid £50 deposit then I could have left £5 but now these people knew I can't do anything so that's why they acted like real jerks. I'm just sharing my experience use my example and be extra careful with these people or better just don't go to them.
Very bad communication they are liars they said they going to deliver my furniture in 2 weeks but it was over 1 month.. i kept ringing them they kept on saying following week. They dont even apologise. When i rang them they hardly picked up had to call them 10 times to get hold of them. Not only that i asked for 1 colour they gave completely different colour i didnt even bother telling them cause i doubt they will give a dam.. never buying anything from them again.
Worst company ever! They gave me a used sofa bed and I rang them constantly telling them to change the bed and they always ignore my calls, they never respond back. Never ever ordering from them, those 5 stars are probably done by the workers just to make the company look good.
The worst service you can ever imagine.I have purchased a wardrobe on 11/07/18 and they delivered it after a week on 18/07/18 and they fixed it without the middle door and the backside piece. And until today27/07/18 I am calling them and they keep promising that it will deliver . Planning to go today again and I don’t know how can I control myself.Because they are ridiculous,the most unprofessional. Please do not go to this shop ever
Unprofessional customer service. They do not respect customer at all. I have been promised at 10.40 that delivery will be today between 14.00 - 16.00, I phoned them four times, they said that they will phone me back, unfortunately no answer. Up to now 18.15 item is not delivered. Shop is closed so I can not phone them. Please avoid this shop !!!!!!!!!!!!
They blatantly lie about delivery we ordered a bed from these people waited a week for the delivery date and on the day it was to be delivered we chucked the old bed out after speaking with them earlier in the same day and ....they never turned up I deffo would not recommend to family and friends
All these years, I have never had a problem with them? So I'm unsure why there are so many bad reviews.
SO CRAPPY ALSO We waited a month for my table to come then it finally comes they didn't even make sure it's stable
