We were looking for a bespoke glazing solution for a high end extension, but at a cost that we could afford. Uni Windows managed to fit that gap perfectly. The design process was excellent, I spent a lot of time with them, getting every detail nailed down, and they were happy to assist with skill and care. We wanted a bespoke looking product and design, but with a sensible price, this is what we got. The timber frame and glass to glass corner looks excellent, they managed to get part of the timber frame hidden in the floor and ceiling, with knowledgeable and clever design. Thanks to Jan and the team!
We just love our Windows fitted by Uni. 3 years later and they are as beautiful as they were the day they were installed. A real quality product, fitted with care and thought. Joseph is always on hand to make sure customers are delighted with the outcome. I would recommend Uni to others.
I have had Alu Clad Timber windows and doors from Joseph and his team at Uni Windows fitted at my house at different stages over the last 5 years with complete satisfaction. Quality is great and fitting went seamlessly. I would recommend without hesitation.
Some photos of the doors and windows I bought from and had fitted by Uni Windows in early 2012. They have lived up to and beyond my expectations of them - the quality is superb. I live on top of a moor in the north of Scotland, so thermal values are of great importance up here, and these have an overall u value of 0.6. This is the second house to which I have had them fitted, and I cannot recommend them highly enough.
Terrible quality of wooden windows and doors. Constant repairs and treatments were needed and still needed replaced after 5 years. Uni Window were contacted, provided lots of information and details but say everything they can to take no responsibility. UPDATE: After leaving the above review on the quality of the windows I received a call from a man called Joseph demanding I remove this review in a very hostile manner. I gave him my number a few years ago when I reported the issues to him not for the man to call me ranting at me down the phone, telling lies, and again, saying whatever he could to take no responsibility for the poor quality. The original review was on the quality of the wooden window/doors supplied, now I can honestly say the owner is not a nice man to deal with it your unhappy with the product supplied and I recommend avoiding this company full-stop if they are going to be hostile and unprofessional about a complaint.
I have oak wooden windows since 2014.They are still working fine,no sign of deteriorationg,nothing wrong with them all.Maitenance had been done on regular basis.Very happy with theirproduct and services.Highly recommended.
Uni Window have just finished fitting our triple glazed windows. The windows look terrific, the workmanship and the attention to detail of Dean and the team compliments the beauty of the windows. The thorough site survey by Joseph ensured that the windows fitted perfectly. If you are looking for quality windows fitted professionally you do not need to look any further. Joseph and his team installed our triple glazed windows and aluminium door about a year ago. After extensive research and numerous quotes, we found Uni Windows to be the best of the lot. Everyone loves the look of the windows from the timber frame inside to the alu-clad outside. The triple glazing works fantastically. Uni Windows are quick to respond if anything needs adjusting. Cannot recommend them too strongly.
Perfect job from start to finish, all the crew were brilliant, hard working and cheerful and went above and beyond to make sure everything was right. Took great care of the house and produced great results. Thinking of renewing a few more windows as a now!!!
Supplied and fitted a huge sliding door and windows in new extension. Everyone comments on them. Even the builders said they had never seen that quality before. Expertly installed also. Absolutely superb.
