Whilst the initial quotation/booking process was a little lengthy, can’t really fault anything else. The chaps turned up today to fit our Pax wardrobes and worked non-stop for 10hrs. The install wasn’t straight forward, as the wardrobes did need cutting down to fit. The end result is better than I had anticipated and finishes off our bedroom just right! Can’t recommend these guys enough.
I'm so glad we found these guys, they did such an impressive job with our wardrobes. We had awkward measurements and a slope in our alcoves and needed our IKEA pax wardrobes cut down to fit. The finish is so professional, they look very expensive and bespoke. It's made the world of difference to our bedroom. Denver is a lad, such a laugh and obviously extremely skilled. Thanks so much
I’m changing my review as Unflatpack took my feedback on board and really changed things around very quickly! I got a date for the fitting and the job was very well done. The fitter was very professional, did a great job - very neat and clean. Very happy with my wardrobe. As Denver mentioned - the company had been short staffed and hence the delay initially. But am so happy with my wardrobe that I would most definitely recommend unflatpack!
I spoke with Denver on the phone about the work to be done and payment terms etc and he answered all my queries in a friendly and informed manner. Cosmin and Dan came and fitted 2 wardrobes in our daughter and son's bedrooms in October. They got on diligently with the job and finished in one day. The work was very professional and to a high standard and they did exactly was was specified in the description we gave. We were all delighted particularly the children who designed what they wanted in their wardrobes. I would highly recommend the team.
This is for customer service. You can't leave a message on phone. I've been trying to get a quote for weeks. I sent email 3 weeks ago as I couldnt get the online form to work. No reply. I managed to fill in online form 9 days ago. Automated replay said 2 to or 3 days.. Nothing yet...Would appreciate if told me length of wait.
I have used Unflatpack 3 times now to help build our office furniture, this has been from a small book shelf to about 20 different pieces of furniture in one day!!! Unflatpack are very responsive, extremely efficient and very reasonably priced. I have had two different installers who have done a remarkable job; they come in between the time slot given and get to work straight away, everything built to perfection. I have been able to leave them in the office to work while I carry on doing on with my day. This really gives me the comfort that I can buy anything from Ikea and have it built properly with no problems. Really is beneficial for office and home. I couldn't recommend a company more if I am honest!! 5/5
From call to installation was about a week. Received some incredibly helpful advice that significantly reduced the cost of my project, they even made me some extra shelves with waste wood and recommended ways to paint. Overall I saved 2000 pounds compared to my offer from one of the big firms and it looks great! The installation was done in about 8 hours and to basically faultless standard.
I had two IKEA Pax wardrobes installed by Denver from Unflatpack and I couldn’t be happier with how they turned out. The whole experience of discussing what I wanted, choosing the wardrobes and then actually getting the work done was so straightforward and done in no time at all in comparison to other experiences I’ve had where you have to wait for ages for someone to come and then it takes days/weeks to complete the job. Denver was great from the first contact- I hadn’t used IKEA furniture before so he explained exactly what I had to do when choosing it and kept in contact throughout. On the day of fitting them in he arrived on time first thing in the morning at a weekend, having had to get some additional materials, and was around until about 9pm at night. I was so impressed that it would all be done in one day and really admired the dedication and hard work that Denver was willing to put in to get it done, whilst causing minimum disruption to me. I think there were a few challenges as the wardrobes had to be fitted into two alcoves of different sizes, but Denver just got on with it and I didn’t have to worry about a thing. It’s obvious to see the pride he takes in his work and his professionalism and desire for perfection gives you so much confidence that the end result is going to be to such a high standard. And it definitely was - the end result was something that looks very high quality, for a much lower price than you could possibly get elsewhere. I can’t recommend Denver & Unflatpack enough. I’ll definitely be using them again in the future and recommending to whoever I can.
Denver Please can I give feedback on the high standard to which Mike operated over Friday and Saturday – I am so delighted with the finished installation – he worked tirelessly, efficiently, cleanly and although faced with some challenges he overcame them with calmness and unflappability. Unflatpack provided excellent and professional service with Pax wardrobe installation. We had five metres wardrobes to install, with a few tricky bits, and very little clearance on the ceiling. VERY impressed with the final product - exactly as we'd hoped it would look, smoothly built in and stepped back evenly. Alex's skill and efficiency in putting it all together in just one day, albeit a long one, 11 hours, but for just one person that's amazing!. I was also really grateful for the tidy and courteous service in packaging up all the rubbish, vacuuming etc. Arrived on time, kept us updated, and overall very pleased both with on-site job and service/comms from office.
