This was a great find ! In the New Forest for a few days camping from Switzerland and we have so far come back 4 times. Would really recommend : The pancakes, delicious! The vegan scones, amazing and the vegan clotted cream was fantastic! A must try !! Vegan croissants also delicious! The curry, great! All super friendly and accommodating will definitely be coming back next time we travel around the area
Dog friendly and vegan options…perfect. We’ve visited Greenwood a couple of times now and both have been great. Plenty of great vegan options inc. scones with Flotted Cream. Staff are friendly, accommodating and it’s just a lovely establishment. Well worth a visit and we’ll be sure to be back soon.
Vegan cream tea… heard good things about this place from other vegans as they do vegan scones with ‘flotted cream’ - well our scones were absolutely delicious, honestly the best vegan ones I’ve tasted so far! As for the ‘flotted cream’, it tasted just how I remember clotted cream tastes - spot on! Lovely cafe with very friendly staff - reasonably priced as well. Will definitely be back and will recommend :
Our dogs may have made themselves at home apologies about that!, but still the team here at GWT couldn’t have been more accommodating. Supplying them with water with the arrival of our drinks, and the sausage ordered for the dogs wasn’t just added to our plates, it was served to them cut up in to bite size pieces in their own doggy dishes! Food our human food, just to clarify was served very promptly but this didn’t reduce the quality; there is not a bad word I have to say about the food whatsoever, and nothing was too much hard work for the team. Great food, great location, and great people. Barkley agrees! As seen in picture
We, a party of 3, popped in for lunch. We were seated with no probs. Lovely menu full of choices. Our order came out quickly and hot.
Went in for the first time today after seeing an advert for the vegan clotted cream, tea and vegan scones. They were absolutely delicious and such large portions. The staff were really lovely and the cafe is really pretty. I look forward to my next visit and highly recommend them.
Amazing vegan options!!!! Delicious food and incredibly friendly staff : if your vegan and in the area, you won’t regret visiting for breakfast, lunch, sweet treats and/or afternoon tea!
We loved this place! The staff are friendly, the service is really good, the food is tasty, and the place is clean throughout.
Just to be clear my scoring system: 1/ Don't go, just don't. 2/ I can't recommend going 3/ I enjoyed it but probably won't go back 4/ I enjoyed it, would go back especially if invited 5/ I enjoyed it, would invite others there myself Lovely brekkie, dog friendly tea rooms. A little bit pricier because of quality ingredients - £8.95 for a sausage, bacon, egg and hash brown breakfast sandwich to give perspective. 3 of us and breakfast with tea for just under £30.00. Felt it was reasonable value. Service was good too.
Highly recommend this cafe, with tasty pastries and coffee. Shop owner was extremely helpful and friendly. We saw him help another customer with diverse abilities into a chair which was just heart warming to see as well. Will make it a point to visit again when in Lyndhurst.
