"We are a one of small group of independent Hamburger restaurants. Uncle Sams first opened in Brighton 1971 when we were the only place to get a real hamburger in the south. Today we have 12 sites and still make the best burgers and veggie and chicken meals you can buy. We start cooking only when you give us your order. Nothing is made and kept in a hot box – everything is freshly cooked. We put a grilled lean Beef Pattie topped with lettuce and red onions and your choice of sauces and toppings in a toasted bun to make the best you can buy.We serve French fries, triple thick real dairy milk-shakes, fizzy drinks, onion rings and mozzarella fingers all freshly made to your order.Come round for a feast today"

This is the worst place ever! Second time I ordered chicken burger with a garlic sauce instead of mayonnaise. Luckily it got delivered as the first time it took 60 min and I had to re order. This time I’ve received no mayonnaise so the dry burger went straight to bin. I will no order again. I recommend to read the order instructions properly.
Excellent burgers, never tried any this delicious food before….. The staff is very positive and good services. shop always well -maintained and clean . Overall an excellent experience.

Very outdated place. Stuck in the 80's and not in a cool way. Cheap frozen food sold at very high prices. It's time to change the concept and the decor
First time eating from here. Very rundown looking old style burger takeaway, like stepping back 30 years, & not in a good way! My Son had wanted to get a burger from a place a few doors along but they didn't open at lunchtime. Son had a double bluecheese burger and said it tasted of nothing, no flavour to cheese or burger. I had an original burger & this had no flavour either. Fries were nice. I hadn't realised that drinks were only a generic cola. I'd asked for diet Coke or Pepsi max & wasn't told it was cola. I wouldn't have ordered if I'd realised. Wouldn't go back or recommend.
Don't waste your money if you're ordering for delivery. Came cold, an hour late and didn't look appetising at all.
Food came cold and burnt they forgot to give our drinks to the driver cost £54 as a treat and the kids was left disappointed wish I'd gone elsewhere will neva order from uncle sams again and will advise anyone thinking of ordering from this shambles of an establishment to save there money and go elsewhere
Run by teenagers that were all messing around and giggling whilst making food. Very unprofessional. My food looked like it was thrown in a bag, and not even cheap food anymore. This place has gone downhill.
Used to be the best burgers around. Looks like they've been brought out and it shows. Quality is nothing like it used to be.
