Had KFC at burgess hill today12 45 had to wait for my order no problem but when it came the chips were soggy and bearly warm and the chicken was much better first time we have had it in 6 months and will be the last
Ordered boneless banquet, absolutely disgusting, the chicken was extremely salty. Whole family didn't enjoy, what's happened to the recipe? We had leftovers when normally it's all eaten. Will not have again.
A complete inability to do anything correctly, sent wrong items constantly, long queues, staff who clearly don’t care. A complete embarrassment to everyone involved
Service was terrible had no chips in family bucket or hot wings when I went back told 3 mins then 9 mins to cook wings. Asked for no legs and black at replied when asked no legs he said to his mate you get what your given. Seriously gone down hill.
Worst KFC in the world, food is always dry, usually missing part of my order, and the stuff have absolutely no customer service skills. Haywards heath KFC puts them to shame.
Absolutely no care for anyone money grabbing business 27 pound for a few bits of chicken and chips and a drink they need to close down
