so... i ordered from here on just eat, 11pm the food arrived at 12:20am and 1 hour and 15 mins after placing the order there was no sign of the food. Eventually the driver arrives, doesn't have enough change so i loose out on even more money! Then i come inside open up the bag and the food IS DRIED UP old and OVER FRIED!! I would never eat this nor expect anyone else to eat this. I rang and in replace they had the balls to send a 6slice pizza in replace - FOR TWO PEOPLE and i gave them back that old stale food. do not waste your time or money ordering from here!! I'm starving!!!
The chicken lacked flavour and was quite greasy. The texture of the chips left a lot to be desired. However the portion size was decent. I was positively surprised that it turned up considering we ordered so late. Delivery took an hour and 15 minutes and the communication was underwhelming. I'd recommend this shop if it's late night and it's the only remaining choice and your taste buds don't work.
Now it is changed name it's bella torino 100%Italian still and flavour,lovely staff,good service. I like it .....
This place used to be good a few years ago. Now they take the order, tell you the standard line of 45 minutes and deliver after 90 minutes. The pizzas are stone cold by the time they reach you. Which is funny because I'm only a 6 or 7 minutes drive from them at best. I got offered to take the pizza for free but refused because they need to learn their lesson. That if they can't be bothered with a proper service, then customers won't bother either.
The worst places I've ever ordered from . Too bad I checked out their reviews after I'd made an order with my last money as I was so broke but yet so hungry. Never again ....I made an order which was supposed to be delivered to me after 55 mins of ordering it never came....when I rang the restaurant the guy who could hardly speak English and speaking on top of my voice kept saying it will be 5 minutes it never came. Long story short my food came 2 hrs later cold, full of oil, my chips were like rubber, my cheesecake had no taste, the chicken was horrible and had no taste .
If there was minus 5 stars i would of selected it. Waited 1 hour for my food then got told 5 minutes. I then called again asking where my food is, the man said I'll call driver. after 30 more minutes went past, i called again to see what was going on but I got no answer on the phone. I ordered on the 12 October 2013. It's now the 21st November 2020 and I'm still waiting for my delivery or even a call back. If your looking to die from hunger, order from here because trust me you will die.
One of the Worst foods,the chicken was full of oil imagine the package came and it was already everything soaked from the oil and it had a strong smell of ' old fried oil ' i had to throw it the bin not even tried it. the pizzas where also cooked with oil something i dint understand the pizza bread was soacked in oil and undercooked. really bad... 1 star is too much for this dog food
First and last time I will order from this place! Ordered via uber eats. Ordered two large pizzas and garlic bread with cheese. Uber eats has a promo of buy one get one free. Food was delivered in good time, but there was no garlic bread. Asked the driver who was about as helpful as an inflatable dartboard. I was told it’s not his problem as he works for a different company. Maybe he ate it as he was hungry? I telephoned ultimate pizza and asked where my garlic bread was. Couldn’t understand a word the man was saying to me. Eventually we understood one another. I was told they’ll re-send the garlic bread. Waited over an hour so called back. Again, was unable to understand what the other person was saying. Was asked if I had spoke to uber and I said yes. Other person on the phone asked what he wanted me to do. I told him I had reported this to uber. Not sure if the garlic bread was arriving by snail, but it never came. Either don’t use uber to deliver your food or deliver it yourself. I am asking for a refund of my money. I will not be ordering from here again.
The worst takeaway I’ve had....that bad that this is the first review I’ve ever done. Think the pizza and chicken were soaked in cold fat and then heated on the warm streetlight outside.....and the chips, they were just about defrosted. Needless to say, shall not be ordering again!
Amazing pizza. The 20" will fill your whole party and the quality is top notch. If you want artisan go to Big Red, if you want pizza pie look no further. but be warned: they only give you the prices on the menu if you ask for them, otherwise you'll get overcharged.
