Storage unit. Good location. Clean but extremely expensive. I was paying nearly £400 a month to store furniture from a 3 bed house. I explained I couldn't afford to pay this and asked them what they could do to reduce cost as I had received a lower cost quote somewhere else. They said they couldn't help at all.
I have found UK Storage Swindon to be the best price storage, clean, well lit and easy access with plenty of trolley's and wide corridors which makes it easy to get to and from your vehicle with your goods. I would recommend UK Storage Swindon to all whether you have a small or large amount to store.
Easy 1st contact and set up. Decent sized unit rental to suit all needs. You can pretty much come and go as you please to access your unit from about 8am till 8pm I think it was. You get an access code and your in, use any of the 8 or so trollies available to you. We had the unit for about 10 months whilst moving, went in at least 3 times a week in that time and never waited for a trolley once. Highly recommended.
I cannot rate UK Storage enough,'the staff are super friendly and make on-boarding simple... After making a web enquiry I was contracted the next day and guided thorough the process where nothing was to much trouble. I was extremely pleased with the 50% offer which lasted for the first 8 weeks. Entry to the site is simple via a code but if you have an issue you can call anytime. I never did see staff but the site has many cameras so I feltt safe and secure at all times. The site Swindon was always clean and tidy with no issues experienced. The notice period and leaving the unit was very simple, give 14 days notice, clear the unit taking your lock, call them when you have vacated the unit and pay the admin fee for end of storage cleaning and sanitising. Thanks very much for a simple process with excellent customer service. I would definetly reccomend.

Really good service and excellent storage. Always had first class service whenever I've needed to contact the team. Storage is organised and clean. Worked really we for us.
Excellent from start to finish - I’ve only had storage for 6 months but throughout UK Storage have been great. The rates were the best I could find, the facility was well laid out and clean, and despite the site being unmanned for the majority of the time I never felt like my things were in danger, and whenever I needed staff they answered the phone swiftly and were always extremely courteous and forthright.
If I ever need secre storage again I will use them. The access is by personal code and help is available on the phone at all times. Great service
We only needed a storage facility for 5 or 6 weeks to help with a house move and, never having used such facilities before, our research found that not only was the UK Storage Company building conveniently located for us, the service provided was everything we expected. The building is purpose built and it was easy to select the right sized unit with the online guide and further suggestions by phone. Access is very secure and easy once we received our code by email and text. Trolleys are provided and there is a goods lift for the upper floors, although we were on the ground floor, by choice. We were impressed by the cleanliness of the facility and the thoughtful design that meant we could move large pieces of furniture around easily. There were no lights in our unit but once the wide door was opened right back there was plenty of light from the corridor. Overall, we found exactly the storage solution and service we hoped for and would have no hesitation in using UK Storage again and recommending them to others.
Very clean site. We used the storage for approx 4 months with no problem. The communication was prompt. The main reason for using this site was location and the fact that their prices are very competitive. Also the half price deal for the first 8 weeks was a bonus. One thing to be aware of is that the payments are 4 weekly not monthly so you will make 13 payments in a year. Other storage companies do the same so no worries.
