All I can say is Wow! I can't recommend these guys enough they are fantastic to deal with especially Becky. Definitely the most professional company I have dealt with in many a year. The whole process from start to finish has been a pleasure which is this day and age is highly unusual. I will definitely use them again and intend on re-visiting their premises (highly recommended) to view and buy some of their fantastic garden ornaments and one off furniture pieces

Got measurements wrong and made us pay again for worktop because of their own gross incompetence. Couldn't go anywhere else as it has zinc finish with a particular acid etch on so it would never have matched other top. Even so, it didn't match, and doesn't last. Zinc oxidized and now needs replacing. Poor service unfortunately

Very helpful advice about radiator part I was after.  Lovely lady took me to photos on website to see fitted item.  Part arrived the next day as promised.  Fitted perfectly so very pleased I found UK Architectural and rang them.  I would recommend them and will use them again.

The website is user-friendly and can be surfed with ease.  The range of goods is extensive. We chose a letterbox and door knobs to rejuvenate our period front door.  The ordering process was easy, and acknowledged quickly with rapid delivery assured.  There wAs a glitch with part of the order which delayed its delivery by a day.  This was dealt with most professionally with an explanatory telephone call, backed up by e-mail.
Overall, quality goods competitively priced supplied by a professional company demonstrating excellent customer service.  We can recommend their services without reservation to any future customer.
