I have done 6 sessions with Tony now and it has been brilliant! I play for Northern Ireland Volleyball and with very little gym experience, I wanted to improve my strength and endurance as well as learn what gym exercises could help me. Tony has done all of this and more. He keeps each training session different and takes into account injuries I have lower back pain, so mobility exercises for it have been great. I have more strength in my core, which is protecting my lower back and I have really noticed an improvement in my endurance at volleyball training too. I would definitely recommend Ufit Personal Training :
Ufit provides a high standard, professional 1:1 service. Tony is a great trainer, he keeps my work-outs varied, always taking into account the OA in my knees, focusing on strengthen my joints. He provides great advice on diet and nutrition and is always on hand to give extra support and motivation. I'd not hesitate recommending Tony.
Got a sports massage done with Tony. He provided an excellent professional service. Tony took the time to learn about my past injuries and figure out where he needed to focus his attention the most in my treatment. Really loosened me up and my training has been better since with greater ROM. Would highly recommend Tony, I’ve already booked my next appointment.
I've been training with Tony for the last 4 months and I can honestly say he is one of the best I've ever trained with. His knowledge and expertise on nutrition and training methods is second to none and his professionalism and attention to detail really helps you get on the right path and remain motivated. Since undertaking training sessions with Tony at Ufit, my overall strength and fitness has improved dramatically. I am now able to perform exercises I would never have attempted on my own. Tony is willing to share his expert knowledge and answer any questions I come up with. His comprehensive knowledge on nutrition is admirable and his dedication to tailoring an appropriate and challenging exercise regime is commendable. Tony's sessions are always fun and motivating and he continues to mix up the training so it never gets boring. I couldn't recommend him more highly.
After 20 years of playing rugby I hung my boots up and didn't know what to do with myself. Over the next few years my fitness levels dropped off considerably. I decided to get in touch with Tony to see if he could motivate me and help improve my overall strength and conditioning. I've been training with Tony twice a week for sometime now, I'm hitting my goals and feeling a lot stronger, fitter & healthier overall. Tony is brilliant. I've struggled at times with injury niggles and Tony tailors sessions to focus on my problem areas. He's super energetic, knowledgeable and enthusiastic. I've thoroughly enjoyed training with Tony and the benefits go far beyond fitness improvements.
I've being going to uFit for over a year now. I started with 1 on 1 PT with Tony who taught me what I needed to know about keeping fit, nutrition and a healthy lifestyle. Since then I've been attending his classes during the week and most recently my workplace has started doing private classes twice a week. Tony is a very knowledgeable and experienced personal trainer, he takes time to understand your goals and builds a custom exercise and nutritional plan to help you attain them. Obviously, your results are dependent on your own discipline and the amount of effort you put in. After working with Tony for 4 months I noticed big changes in my appearance, and my general health, and I now have the knowledge and tools to continue with this. The classes are also a great way to keep active and we're all starting to notice the progress we are making. I would highly recommend Tony and his team, you won't be disappointed!
I've been going to Tony for several years for both personal training and classes. I got much more than expected in both training and dietary advice. Tony is experienced and professional and provides the right level of accountability to make sure personal targets are met safely. The smaller more personalised gym is a non intimidating environment where you don't have to worry about what anyone else thinks.
Had an excellent sports massage with Tony. He was able to discuss what we wanted to achieve and how things such as diet choices and lifestyle advice would help me in the future. Would recommend to anyone and will definitely be returning.
