Story

The North Coast's premier health club with over 17,500 sq ft of state-of-the-art training facilities - empowering people to transform their lives. énergie has something for everybody with a huge selection of weights and cardio equipment, over 35 classes per week, as well as a health suite with steam room and sauna and our exclusive, empower training programme all included in membership. And completed July 2016 a £250,000 refurbishment with all new Precor cardio theatre, weights and functional training equipment, brand new showers and health suite and the world's first 4 station Ziva Infinity Training rig, cementing énergie's reputation as one of the top health clubs in the whole of Northern Ireland.
