Me and my daughter, thought we’d go get ouru nails done. Only painted as she’s only young and got school on Monday. We went in chose our colours and everything was okay but then I see the end result and I personally think that £40. That’s £20 each, it would have turned out better and would have been please. In the end of it me and my daughter left pretty disappointed and wouldn’t not be going back there again!
Been a few times. Usually pleased. Last couple of times wasn’t pleased, guy coughed continuously and sniffed and spluttered through manicure despite wearing a mask it wasn’t nice. Yesterday another visit when I got home and looked with my glasses on - a bit of a rubbish job. Painted too far from cuticle.ServicesManicure
Been coming to USA nails for years and wouldn’t go anywhere else for my nails now. Always welcoming and friendly. The girls and Eddie will always accommodate for my son when he comes with me too. If I ever had a problem with a nail breaking after a day they are quick to fix the issue and always so polite and welcoming. Will never go anywhere else

I’ve been going to Usa Diamond Nails for over 15yrs . Jody has been doing my nails for probably 8-10 yrs . She’s always so particular and she even took her time in doing South African flags the day before we won the World Cup Rugby final . No matter when I message or call Jody always fits me in . She’s fab . My daughter goes to Minh and travels from Nottingham Uni to have her nails done .

I have been getting my nails done here for about 7 years maybe longer! I wouldn’t go anywhere else! I moved 45 minutes away from Chesham last year and tried other places to realise I now have to travel the 45 minutes because there is nowhere better! My nails last for such a long time! I highly rate Jodie and her team and I always feel so welcomed and relaxed when I am there. I have never walked out unhappy! love you diamond nails!!! Xxx
This place is great! I have had my nails done here for years and all the staff are lovely and friendly people. They are always able to do any nail design or colour I come in with. They always take good care of my nails before and after, my nails also always last for so long and never chip! I really recommend this place.
I went in hoping to feel a little relaxed after, the complete opposite happened. The technician was silent and grouchy and essentially slapped my hands with the file repeatedly. I had to walk back in when it was done to get a few nails redone and they seemed agitated, my thumb nails are different lengths and shapes and they are my natural nails. But after the annoyance over redoing 3 nails, I decided to just deal with it. Bubbles in the gel nails, bad treatment overall, as said, did the opposite of relax and pamper and make me uncomfortable. Cut my thumb whilst filing too, for £48 I’d rather do anything else. Also when I walked in just got told how it was busy and I couldn’t wait for anyone else or go get cash. The only saving grace was the lovely receptionist who was kind, and sweet, very chatty, and fashionable. Edit- forgot to add, covered the majority of my fingers with gel, and just said to ‘wash it off’ I regret paying
The service here is TERRIBLE! Upon arrival I asked the technician if it would be possible to have my nails removed within 45 minutes. I get my nails done very regularly and it only ever takes 20-30 minutes maximum She said yes and I asked her again explaining I had somewhere to be and she ensured me it would. They sat me down with my nails in acetone for a whole hour! Not only is this awful for your hands it also left gel Residue all over my hands. I kept taking my hands out as I could feel my skin becoming sensitive to it to which the technicians did not care. They did not come over to see the progress or pay any attention at all. After being in the nail shop for an hour and half they still did not come to file my nails down or check how they were looking. They left me there for all that time to do other clients nails. After being patient and not complaining for the hour and half I was extremely late to my prior commitments so had to take a tissue and wipe my nails down myself and told the technician I will have to leave. They asked me to pay which I was willing to do so not that I should considering the only thing they did for me was provide a bowl and acetone I asked how much and they told me I had to pay full price. I showed them my hands with the gel still on my nails as well as residue all over my hand and they said that’s the price. I have never been so disgusted with a service before and would not recommend them to anyone. They were unapologetic and do not care for anything other than money. I had to use them on this occasion as my regular salon was closed for the day but will never be stepping foot into the shop again. Disappointed is an understatement.
