Ripping you off. 
My last tyres from them lasted 9 months. They didn't tell me how much my tracking was out. I asked how long the tyres would last and I received a smirk, "Depends... On how you drive", he said.
I look at other people's cars, using the same journey. They are fine. 
It actually depends on whether you trust the non - advice by them or not.

My first set of tyres with them didn't last much longer either, despite being top quality. 

I won't go there again.
