Called into ATS Tiverton as I picked up a slow puncture coming off the M5. I was absolutely shocked when Terry showed me what was stuck in my tyre. He sorted us out asap and had us back on the road in next to no time. Heartfelt thanks to Terry and the team at ATS Tiverton.

1 star for today. Drove from exeter to come remove my wheels this morning to have new tyres before fitting and attending a 3.30 appointment for front wheel alignment. Arrived to be told there's only 2 people there and there's no appointment marked on the system. My partner sat with me on Monday morning last week and listened to the conversation to which was booked in...ats is our regular garage to go to for all work like this, won't be returning again due to incompetence of been able to book an appointment whilst on the phone leaving us in a bad situation...thanks ats

I had an unfortunate experience with an employee which means I won’t be going back. I have a relatively new car which has never needed any work other than that done by the manufacturer so I don’t know much about what goes on under the bonnet, and don’t feel that I need to if I can pay someone to sort problems out instead. I did however have a puncture. This means that I don’t necessarily know where things like the wheel nut is. I called in on one day to be told there was no chance of getting it done that day, but was offered 8am the next day. Obviously early and inconvenient but I needed to get the thing fixed. No other times were offered, and I was not invited to leave my car down overnight as I saw the other car in early the next day obviously had been. Had I delivered my car the previous day we may not have encountered the next problem. On arrival the next morning, the mechanic on duty said I needed to give him the wheel nut and said quite aggressively that he couldn’t get the tyre off without it. Now I know I should have thought of this before I arrived, but I didn’t. I take the view that I want my money less than I want my car fixed and also that I look to car experts to guide me through. I searched for 5 minutes still not found the wheel nut. It would really have helped if the mechanic had just maybe mentioned that he would need the wheel nut when I booked the car in the day before because then I could have looked for it the day before. I said this to the mechanic - that it would have helped if he had mentioned the wheel nut the day before as he knew what the problem was and that he would need it. I know this is basic knowledge but it never occurred to me because I’ve never needed it and, though I know that you need it to get the tyre off, I hadn’t connected the two. And anyway I look to ATS for their expertise, that’s why I went there in the first place. The mechanic retorted that it wasn’t his job, it was my property and for me to sort out. He didn’t help me look for it, though my guess is that he knows where the wheel nut is to be found in a car like mine it turns out it is in a very obscure place. So I left as it obviously wouldn’t have been possible to do business after this as Injad no confidence in the mechanic. I get the feeling they never wanted my business in the first place and would also be surprised if the mechanic had spoken to a man in the same way. Men don’t know anything about cars either a lot of the time. I am a 66 year old woman. So I just drove to the dealer who fixed the puncture for nothing. They also showed me where the wheel nut is

Worst customer service ever experiance, over priced, false advertising. I had a service carried out sorry let me say oil and filter change only £183.00. We asked them to look at a knocking noise, they couldn't hear it. Really we drove in you hear it drove out you hear it, comment from them yea could be something. To top it all they advertise Kalana payment guess what they refuse to let you pay by Kalana saying head office said said not to. We had a car in previously for a new exhaust, they left plastic on the exhaust and the invoice for the exhaust attached. They have said I have over £1000 worth of work needed 2 new tyres they only repaired on recently and changed the other one. Honestly save your money, if your hoping to pay on Kalana they won't let you. Please be warned, before you book in with them. ** latest update took the car out Saturday for a drive service done on the Thursday oil light came on had to pull over checked oil was on minimum strange they said the put 6 litres in on the invoice, oil was so black, had to buy oil and top up till above minimum. What a joke, I do not belive they have even changed the oil trading std and motor Ombudsman will be contacted. ** Not to forget advertising service at £163 charged £183???? Be wary
Just had my bmw in for service and m o t get sevice from the guys told me what the car needs next very friendly and courtesy staff my first time at ats and will definite go back 100 % Thank you very much
I took my wife's MX5 into ATS Euromaster Tiverton yesterday with a suspected slow puncture. The guys quickly found the cause of the problem and were able to fix it for me. The team were very helpful and friendly. I have used this branch before and have always had a good customer experience. Very happy to recommend them.
Bought tyres online, and booked fitting appointment. Everything worked seamlessly, and tyres were fitted within 1.5 hours. Significantly better service than National Tyres Tiverton, with whom I had cancelled my order as they were so bad.
