National Tyres and Autocare is the largest independent fast fit specialist in the UK. Our highly trained technicians are specialists in the repair and replacement of tyres, exhausts, brakes, batteries, suspension, oil & filter, MOT testing and vehicle safety inspections.

We have a network of over 230 branches throughout the UK with the following opening hours:

8.30am to 6.00pm Monday to Friday
8.30am to 5.00pm Saturday
10.00am to 4.00pm Sunday*

ON the 12th Feb 2018 I noticed a slow puncture when I got home after work, at that time was to late to call anyone. The next morning I phoned up and asked if they could squeeze me in just to swap my tyre to my spare and keep the punctured tyre to repair. I Spoke to a lovely guy named Brandon, he was very efficient and said yes bring it in wel have a quick look. I arrived and within minuites I had my spare wheel on and they kept my punctured one and confirmed it was ok to come back after work at 5.30 to change them back over and he would call if there were any problems. 

At 5pm I had a missed call from Brandon to say I needed to ring back, I phoned the back and they confirmed They couldn’t repair it had to have a replacement and I kindly asked if they could get a new one on when i wa coming home from work. When I arrived they took my key off me, Brandon then put the new tyre on and put the spare one back and all paid ready to go home within 30mins. 

I was very happy with the service, beat I’ve ahd and just having that courtesy call to say can’t be repaired made me have every confidence in the staff!

Thanks Brandon for your efficient work and staying later than closing time to help me! BI shall be back should I have any other issues! Highly recommend 10/10!

Took my mini in today told them wheels have been repainted so be careful.had tyres fitted while watching them do first tyre I noticed all three off the fitters looking at first wheel didn't think anything off it.But when looked at my car after they had finished the work I noticed that one wheel they had taken paint off not happy.when I called the manager out to look he got fitters and they said a bad job on wheels and paint peeling off really don't think so .so now waiting to hear what they are gonna do about it .when over today 21stjanaury to show them it's both wheels.and not one. and get called a lair by the fitter who put wheels on .
