This review of the great service is too long in coming. We were visiting Scotland in September from Canada and driving to the west when our rental car decided to give up two! of its tires. We were rescued and our car was taken to Kwik Fit. The service could not have been better, more accommodating and understanding. They even negotiated a third new tire for our car due to its diminished tread depth. We got on our way and made our destination in time. We can't thank everyone at Kwik-Fit Broxburn enough for the great service. Highly recommended!
Brilliant service and honest and I paid £5.50 for valve on Saturday. Sadly another tyre was goosed completely on Wednesday and they were able to replace it early Thursday morning. Fabulous young people doing a great job
Excellent service in our hour of need , turned up with a puncture and burst exhaust at 4 pm the 2 young guys couldn’t have been more helpful, managed to get exhaust part delivered and tyre sorted and I was back on the road before 5-30 pm ….now. that’s what you call a brilliant service….thanks so much guys …..I will definitely be back
What a great pair of lads. Screw in my tyre as I left work and limped the car to their garage. Arrived not long before closing and they had it fixed fully in no time! Polite, fast working and genuine guys. I will be back!

Absolutely first class service. Manager went out of his way to accommodate me with a repair to slow puncture on rear tyre of my XC40, even though they were plainly busy and occupied on the day. I have recently used other tyre repair centres in Broxburn but will now come back to Kwikfit for any such work needing doing. Excellent customer care - 5 star service.
Excellent experience and customer service today for new tires on my Q5. Polite, well mannered, friendly staff Ruariri , Jay and Lee who were superbly helpful!
After being jump started by the recovery service a new battery was recommended. I visited Kwikfit - Broxburn and was promptly attended to by the team. Ruaridh fitted the new battery but that didn't work! He managed to find that it was a loose connection that was causing the problem so new battery was not needed. I cannot thank Ruaridh enough for his time and have no hesitation in giving a 5*review
Came in last minute before closing as I had a flat tyre. The guys are great and got me fitted in even though it was closing time. Great service thanks to Ruariri and Dylan
Just popped in on Hogmanay to get my daughters tyre pressure checked, after warning light popped up on car. Kieran and Jay so lovely. 7 minutes to shutting early for Hogmanay and so accommodating. Well done
