If I could put zero stars I would, called Broxburn depot about x4 wheel alignment explained I needed specific alignment set up, to what they agreed they can do, front caster , camber & toe then toe and camber for the rear.nnUpon dropping car off and once on lift I was told they can’t adjust toe or camber? I’m a time served mechanic myself and had to explain how to adjust but still refused to do so, anyway car got aligned to what they said they can do now the steering wheel is over 90 degrees out.nnFront alignment is million times worse than before and my rear camber is now on positive. For being charged £100 for this service I’ll be taking it up with head office as I feel I was lied to about the services they can do and once on arrival what I needed wasn’t taken into consideration and was just a cash and grab situationnnWas told I’ve got 24 days of not happy but I refuse to take my car back for them to mess it up even more
I had a great experience at Kwik fit Broxburn for a tire change. The staff was friendly and welcoming, helping me pick the best tires for my car. The service was quick and efficient, with great attention to detail. I highly recommend Kwik fit for their excellent customer service and quality work!
Had a very helpful and professional gentleman at the Broxburn branch. Concerned I needed a new exhaust the helpful worker had a look and it was the heat shield which was making a noise. So helpful and knowledgeable, will be returning again as he sorted the problem out for me.
I have to say my experience today with the staff at the Broxburn site was welcoming, friendly, helpful, efficient & cost effective! The team resolved my tyre issues enabling my car to pass an MOT. I would highly recommend this centre.
Bad management. Booked appointment today for 2 tyre change and alignment. They changed my tyres and took someone else in front off me for tyre alignment. Lost my time here. Yesterday they lost my appointment as well. So definitely something isn't right about this place.
