We bought our first caravan here Nov 24, from arrival to departure the staff could not be more accommodating. Offered drinks, shown to the caravan that interested us, left alone to explore and make up our mind, with no pressure at all from anyone we decided to buy our first van. Karen was superb sorting out our queries and gave us a great deal on the caravan. So looking forward to collecting the caravan very soon. I would recommend Marquis, Birtley, Chester-Lee-Street as their customer service has been impeccable.
Dawn was really helpful and made the process of getting the van for us to view and the purchase very smooth. We were kept informed of progress throughout, and she answered all our questions. We had a very thorough handover demonstration from Phil and are looking forward to new adventures.
My husband and I are thinking about buying a campervan so went to Marquis on a fact finding mission. Dawn who helped us showed us many vans and left us to it so we could weigh things up. She was not pushy for a sale and answered all of the questions that we had. We did not buy this time, but we have a much better idea of what we are looking for. We will do some more research and return soon.
Amazing experience, seemless from start to finish. Customer service received by Dawn Clark Birtley branch was outstanding. Definitely recommend. Thanks again Dawn love our new to us Caravan.
The staff here were great , I did not buy here but chased all back up and warranty work superbly
