ON TIME, BUT WHY QUOTE A PRIVATE CUSTOMER A PRICE THAT IS EXCLUDES VAT WITHOUT SAYING VAT IS NOT INCLUDED? ? AT DOOR WITH "ITS A DIFFICULT JOB" SO INCREASING THE PRICE & SURPRISE FURTHUR BY ADDING VAT TO THE ORIGINAL QUOTED PRICE, THEN 6OSEC LATER THE DIFFICULT JOB BECOMES EASY. MY ISSUE IS THAT IF THEY QUOTED ME THE VAT INCLUSIVE PRICE I WOULD HAVE GONE ELSEWHWERE. A LITTLE SHARP RACTICE WITH THE VAT &THE USUAL TRADE PRACTICE OF " OOH SUCH A DIFFICULT JOB" TO INCREASE THE PRICE IS NOT LIKED
