Rang up for some help and was talked to like I was an idiot so I hung up. Perhaps they were having a bad day but the customer service was atrocious.

Great service. Tried hard over the phone and when I went into the shop to fix our problem (malfunctioning upvc door lock) without a call out. Even gave me a second hand lock to try. Sadly that didn't fix the problem but he was able to fix it when he came. Also offered advice on how to prevent similar problems in the future. 

Very happy and would definitely recommend!
