Like going back in time such a poor service , no direct email to log query … back to the 80’s hanging on the line for over an hour with repetitive incorrect waiting time message or send a letter - pathetic
Shameful web based system, you really need to come up with something better and your telephone contact option is worthless
If it were possible to award zero stars, I would. Like other users I have found it impossible to access my statement. I have tried numerous browsers with no luck. What is the point? Please sort this - surely an organisation this large would maintain a decent website. In a nutshell, dreadful.
I wish I could give 0.25 stars because its impossible to log into this website. I used the details I had written down and it advised that they were incorrect. I haven't changed anything!
I cannot log on - like others have said the website is hard to even access. When you do it tells you nothing. When you ring they give you inaccurate advice half the time. They sent me an email saying my benefits statement was there to read. When I went in nothing there but a very poorly worded message saying that I had an increased of 3.1%. I would not describe this as a statement at all. It told me nothing their email didn't tell me.
Impossible to access statement I have everything written down and says it's incorrect. Tried to ring pension office could not get through
Website is shi-t what a joke ! Technical problems ! SOLVE THEM ! Use other browsers ! Still not working used phone/PC... It the basics ! Site never changed for years and years... finding the login is joke !!! - Also contact then people re at work Mon to Fri 9am–4:30pm - Sack who is in charge the buck stops at the TOP !!!!! - Would not give half a star CON... only to leave accurate review...
3 years into my scheme and still won't let me register and keep getting fobbed off when I try to get a login sorted. Abysmal.
Ridiculous! Trying to get access to account constantly getting told wrong would give zero stars if I could
Worst site ever. I get stressed even before attempting to log in, knowing full well that its not going to let me.
